staying here for short stay was good, totally recommendable. the hotel was high quality, clean and with quiet atmosphere, i truly enjoyed the excellant location in restaurant on a friday night. location: the venue was right by centre of town, an old church and the secure parking area and many restaurants, bars, boulangeries, shops of all kinds, and places of cultural and historical interest.

Had a very good stay on a business trip. Good all round hotel in a secure area close to the center of old Moulins with many amenities nearby. - Central location, within walking distance of Ancien Chateau de Joulet. - New-fashioned room with a unique royal atmosphere.

Amazing room! Very spacious and good decor, very comfy bed.
Staff ruined the experience. It was only one night, but every aspect of our stay was a problem and was handled very badly by them - from check-in to breakfast next morning. Still recommend as it might be just our experience.

We stayed at the Hotel de Paris solely for the purpose of an overnight stop to spend an evening with friends at the nearby airfield. We chose the hotel by viewing the website and reading customer reviews. We were not disappointed as everything was up to and indeed better than we expected. We also found the town of Moulin to be interesting and enjoyable to spend a time walking around. We would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in the area and would certainly use it again if we have reasonT to visit the area again.
This is only a very minor complaint, but the breakfasting presentation could do with being a little less confusing. There was nothing wrong with the food though, which was good.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium as it provided a convenient location and comfortable amenities. The room was well-decorated and the mattress on the bed was of high quality. I appreciated the Nuxe toiletries and the small fridge and kettle in the room. it was a pleasant experience for my work trip.
One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center or work area in the hotel.

Easy access to Moulins centre / historical interest / restaurants and cafes. Staff on desk very pleasant and helpful. Parking available at rear of hotel. Obviously a smart hotel in its time. Bathroom clean.
Undergoing massive external and internal renovation when we arrived and had to park among the builders' trucks but quiet between 5pm and 8am (fair enough) Room allocated was a little jaded to say the least with dire wallpaper and grubby carpet ... presumably on the renovation list! Breakfast very expensive at 12 euros.
